Kendall’s interest in Physiotherapy began when she had a dance related injury growing up. This sparked her interest in human anatomy and movement patterns. Through her own rehab, she developed an understanding of how beneficial patient education and corrective exercise can be.
As a therapist, Kendall believes in a one-on-one treatment approach, with individualized treatment programs tailored to the client. Her therapy style includes a mix of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, including Pilates. While Kendall enjoys working with all populations, she has a special interest in dancers, gymnasts, and those with increased mobility. Kendall strives to further her practice with continuing education and collaboration with colleagues.
For a number of years, Kendall utilized her Kinesiology training to volunteer with a rugby team as an athletic trainer. Through this, she had the opportunity to develop quick on-field assessment and treatment techniques. In addition, she developed a great appreciation for the importance of injury prevention for athletes.
Kendall’s appreciation for movement began at an early age, and she was a competitive dancer for 15 years. She still enjoys doing jazz, ballet, contemporary and tap. Outside of dance, she enjoys pilates, hiking, scuba diving, travelling and cooking.

BSc Osteopathy
Martina Bagnoli comes from Italy and she completed her Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy at Italian Academy of Osteopathic Medicine (AIMO) and British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in 2016. She has also been an instructor for articulatory techniques and a thesis supervisor at AIMO.
Martina learned about osteopathy when she was a water skier athlete in Italy. She was constantly in contact with different therapists and, while they were explaining to her why she felt pain, she became passionate about learning more about anatomy and the healing processes of the body.
Martina’s approach sees the person as a whole unit in which mind and body are strictly connected. She likes to understand where the pain is coming from by analyzing the body, the movement and the patient’s personal lifestyle. She believes that everyone is unique in their perspective and experiences and thus the patient and the therapist should work together to find the best treatment to meet these different needs.
Martina uses various types of manual techniques to help with different kinds of disorders such as muscle/articulation pain, chronic pain, stress, temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) postural disorders, headaches, digestive or other visceral disorders.
Over her years of practice, Martina has grown interested in the challenges of chronic pain and how much this kind of pain interferes with her patient’s personal lives. This has brought her to take specific advanced courses in chronic pain management to better support these patients.
Martina loves to work with adults, kids, pregnant women and athletes. In her free time, Martina loves to do yoga, take a walk in nature, and hike.
Advanced certifications:
- Integration of Autonomic Functions and Pain
- Therapeutic Setting Psychobiology: communication, perception, motivation and effectiveness treatment
